Make a difference in the DataOps revolution

Company Overview

Switchboard is the data unification platform category leader. Our platform provides the answer for B2C or B2B2C enterprises to set up and scale cloud analytics without complex IT or custom development. Founded by the product team who launched Google BigQuery, Switchboard is specifically designed for the unique data challenges faced by multi-channel marketing, advertising, and online media teams. Built as a SaaS platform with commercial availability in 2017, Switchboard manages data pipelines ingesting billions of rows and terabytes of data each month for enterprise customers such as Spotify, Meredith, and Orangetheory Fitness. Switchboard is backed by Two Sigma Ventures, Penn Capital, CrunchFund, and Quest Venture Partners.

About the Space

Market research firm IDC predicts big data analytics will continue to swell into a $274.3 billion market by 2022. However, only those organizations with robust resources and highly skilled data science and engineering teams can swiftly monetize and take advantage of data analytics. Switchboard’s low/no-code data integrity platform dramatically reduces the time and skilled resources needed to build and operate large-scale analytics.

Switchboard Culture

  • Customer-Centricity: we are successful only when our customers are successful

  • Service Leadership: understanding that personal success comes from helping colleagues to succeed

  • Think Strategically, Act Tactically: plan for the long game, but focus on tangible outcomes (MVP thinking)

  • Grit: sustained effort + ability to learn from setbacks and mistakes, recover quickly and move forward stronger

  • Pay Attention: to detail, to others, to outcomes

  • Show Up, Step Up: constantly seek to improve the situation around us
