Stacey Farias joins Switchboard as Head of Customer Success
Forward-looking teams rely upon data unification solutions to drive business growth through real-time analysis. But there’s no magic wand - connecting APIs for each data source is just the first of many steps towards getting value from data. As McKinsey stated, a professional Customer Success team enables their customers to accelerate the value from their new software because they “combine product knowledge and domain expertise with an intimate understanding of each customer and their objectives.”
That’s why we’re delighted to welcome Stacey Farias to Switchboard as Head of Customer Success. Stacey will lead our CS team and partner with Michael, our CTO, to ensure that every customer is up and running quickly and equipped with a customized strategy for sustainable growth and long-term success. He will also serve a vital role as the “voice of the customer” in our product roadmap planning.
Stacey brings a wealth of experience working with the largest enterprises, such as LinkedIn and AT&T. Prior to Switchboard, he built the global services and technical success organizations at GridGain and GigaSpaces, platform technology companies powering mission-critical, transactional, and analytics applications. In addition, Stacey co-founded Grid Dynamics, an international technology engineering services firm focused on enabling digital transformation. Stacey has prior service as a military linguist and enjoys traveling and learning about the world.
