Welcome Doug Sykes, Director of Customer Success!
Successful data unification initiatives are much more than simply connecting up disparate data sources. Extracting insights that quickly deliver real value requires deep subject matter expertise – that’s where the support and guidance of a dedicated Customer Success team are essential.
We’re delighted to welcome Doug Sykes to our leadership team as Director of Customer Success. Together with Michael our CTO, Doug will guide our CS team to ensure every customer is onboarded quickly and efficiently and has the training to achieve their long-term growth strategy, so they can Be Data Strong.
Doug will also partner with our tech team to ensure ongoing alignment with our customers’ roadmaps - such as our most recent customers Orangetheory Fitness, Giving Assistant, and Patch.com.
A veteran of cloud enterprise solutions, Doug brings with him a wealth of experience in guiding customers to successfully realize value from data-centric platforms. Prior to Switchboard, he was responsible for building and growing Customer Success teams at Chartio, WalkMe, BlueKai, and Adobe. When not working, Doug loves spending time with his family, as well as playing and watching soccer.
